DHA Phase 8: Al-Murtaza Commercial Overview

Phase 8 is one of the exclusive areas of Defence Housing Authority. This organized by a group of naval officers in Karachi, started this project by the name of Pakistan Defence Officers Cooperative Housing Society in March 1953. The allotment this society started with just 76.2 acres and today DHA spread over an area of 8,796 acres of land. Although Phase 8 is a new territory of DHA that’s why right now they were in an under development stage and has a number of facilities. Al-Murtaza commercial is 200 sq yards and 100 square yards commercial plots are available for sale. It is approx 2.5KM long Road located in Phase 8, DHA Al-Murtaza Commercial lane-4 Karachi. Because of their elegant architect ring design link up with Korangi Road and Sea View Road are easily accessible via Khayaban-e-Ittehad.
