DHA Phase 8 Ext: Business Zone

Phase 8 is one of the exclusive areas of Defence Housing Authority. Which organized by a group of naval officers in Karachi, started this project by the name of Pakistan Defence Officers Cooperative Housing Society in March 1953. The allotment of this society started with just 76.2 acres and today DHA spread over an area of 8,796 acres of land. The main popularity of this area is because vast number of corporate and business sectors were in this area and a security according with the law enforcement situation of this area and other basic necessities.

• The residential plots located in DHA Phase 8 zone A mostly are 500/600/666/1000/2000 yards and the commercial plots are 100/200 yards approximately.
• The residential plots located in DHA Phase 8 zone B mostly are 100/120/150/500/1000 yards approximately. o The residential plots located in DHA Phase 8 zone C mostly are 500/1000 yards and 333, 666, 1000, 1500, and 2500 Yards and few are bigger than this.
• The residential plots located in DHA Phase 8 zone (D1) are mostly 500/1000/2000 yards. Although, Residential plots of D2 are usually 500/1000/2000 yards approximately.
• The residential plots located in DHA Phase 8 zone E mostly are 500/1000/2000 yards and the commercial plots are 100/200 yards approximately. o The residential plots located in DHA Phase 8 Extension (Sahil Streets) mostly are 300/500 yards and the commercial plots are 100 yards approximately.

(Phase 8 extensions) Sahil Streets is the area of Beach Avenue, but the land reclaimed later the allotment of phase 8. The property size available in this area is 300 and 500 square yards residential plots, 100 square yards commercial plots, 1186 plots of 300 square yards, 524 plots of 500 square yards and 644 plots 100 square yards.

• The number of demanded restaurants which is nearly located such as; Kolachi Restaurant (3.4km-5min), Salt n Pepper Village Karachi (3.3km-5min), Savor Restaurant (2.2km-5min) and Subway(1.9km-4min).
