DHA Phase 8: Peninsula Tipu Com

Phase 8 is one of the exclusive areas of Defence Housing Authority. This organized by a group of naval officers in Karachi started this project by the name of Pakistan Defence Officers Cooperative Housing Society in March 1953. The allotment this society started with just 76.2 acres and today DHA spread over an area of 8,796 acres of land. Although Phase 8 is a new territory of DHA that’s why right now they were in an under development stage and has a number of facilities.

Peninsula commercial is a 200 sq yards commercial plot is available for sale. It is approx 2.5KM long Road located at the center of DHA Phase 8, Karachi. Because of their elegant architecture design, Khayaban-e-Faisal and Saba Avenue pass right through this zone. Although, this area is surrounded by Khayaban-e-Babar and Khayaban-e-Tipu Sultan.
